Yes — every project is custom. Structure, size, material, print, color, finish, interior, and quantity are all tailored to your product and brand. Nothing we produce is off-the-shelf.
Minimums vary by product and finish. Boxes and mailers typically start at 500 units; labels and tissue at 1,000. We'll confirm exact minimums with your quote.
Most projects move from approved sample to delivery in four to six weeks. Embossing and specialty finishes can add one to two weeks. Rush timelines are possible by arrangement.
FSC-certified paperboard, recycled and recyclable corrugate, compostable mailers, uncoated and lightly coated tissue, and water-based inks. We'll match the material to the use case.
Our paper supply is FSC-certified, and our compostable lines meet BPI or TÜV OK Compost standards. Our facility operates on a low-waste production model with measured off-cut recovery.
We begin with a consultation on your brand, product, and goals, then move through structure, materials, and finish in a single coordinated pass. You sign off on a physical sample before we produce.
Yes. Material swatches are available on request, and we produce a physical pre-production sample for every custom project before scaling up.
